Founded in 1989, Florida Heat & Air has remained a family owned and operated air conditioning company right here in Fort Myers, Florida for three generations! We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and thoroughly understand our specialty in the HVAC Industry, limiting our work to residential, light commercial and new construction properties.

We understand that when you need help time is of the essence. We offer same day air conditioning service and always have a 24-hour on-call personnel. When you call us for AC service you can rest assured that we will be sending you a certified HVAC technician, not a salesman. Whether it is your first time allowing us to help you or you are a returning customer, we treat each call as the top priority. We are a full-service air conditioning contractor licensed through the state of Florida.
